The design, dimensions and finishing can be varied according to the demands uncovered during the various project phases. 

The external finishings, normally of 'civil' type, available in a wide choice of colour schemes, can also be rendered in Ticinese style gravel, or in other ways as desired by the customer. Flat roofing can be provided, with external coping, or bent tile skirting. 

Our proposed solutions in models 770 and 580 are our standard range. The particularly flexible construction system we use allows all kinds of dimensional variations and architectural styles as suggested by the customer.
