Prefabrications has developed a system of prefabricated components
to build any type of parking area, and high quality garages, for
use not as temporary solutions but as buildings in their own right.
The particular panel-constructed system allows the structural dimensions
to be adapted according to the needs of the project, thereby imposing
no limits on the width or length of a single box. By choosing the
three dimensional module, the manufactured product can be constructed
in opposite lines, whether outside or underground, on one or two
levels, linked by half ramps. Constructed in accordance with fire
regulations and in reinforced concrete, reliable use is guaranteed.

of materials used - some of the economic advantages of our building
system.
The
vertical structures are formed from prefabricated vibrated concrete
non-separating and non-combustible (class R90) panels, with variable
thickness between 15cm to 10cm, thereby complying with the demands
of the law. Similarly, the horizontal structure is formed from prefabricated
panels, which, depending on the specific project, can bear weight
up to 2000 kg/mq. allowing the creation of overhead roads, car parking
spaces or hanging gardens. The individual vertical components are
assembled in place through mechanical couplings and dry fixed joints.
In the event that future floors are laid, a finishing casting guarantees
conformity between the vertical and horizontal structures.
A
series of accessory components guarantees completeness in our construction
system. Stairs, skylights, beams, ventilation apertures and coping,
in prefabricated concrete, allowing the realization of any project
entrusted to us. For exterior or partially underground garages,
in particular, the covering slab coping, which also relieves constraints
on the hanging garden, confers a high level of finish to the whole
structure.
Foundations
are generally formed using a concrete foundation plate, or alternatively
from concrete beam.
Subsequently, in preparation for the prefabricated structure, concrete
flooring is laid with sufficient slope to guarantee the draining
of any eventual flammable liquids into suitable collectors. The
surface is finished with an application of non-slip waterproof material,
generally quartz based. Materials used are non-separating and non-combustible
of R90 type. Dimensional variations of an individual garage are
also possible upon the customer's request.
